FIT AND IN SHAPE- A circuit style total body workout. This class offers stations of cardio and dance, strength endurance, low impact plyometrics, and core training focused on maximizing calorie burning and total body training. (50 minutes)

This class is included with your gym membership, though is open for anyone to drop-in.
